Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time prior to its shipment for a full refund.

After Receipt/Shipment: If you choose to return an item after it has been shipped or received, the original shipping cost incurred by Anora Furniture will be deducted from your total refund.

Local Delivery Returns: * For local orders that were delivered, a $115 fee (our shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.

You may return merchandise directly to our warehouse. If you request a pickup for the return, you are responsible for both the initial delivery charge and the return pickup charge, totaling $230.

LTL & Third-Party Shipments: For orders delivered via FedEx, UPS, or other freight companies, shipping costs incurred during the transit process are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
